Lifeline 13 11 14 – This is the website for Lifeline, a 24-hour telephone service. Trained volunteers offer emotional support particularly in times of crisis.


NSW Health – This section of the state government’s NSW Health Website provides a list of 24-hour contact numbers for each NSW Area Mental Health Services.

Kids Helpline 1800 55 1800 – This is the website for Kids Helpline, a 24-hour telephone and online counselling service for children and young people in Australia. Information, online counselling and stories are provided, as well as links to other websites aimed at helping young people and their carers.

Carers NSW - Carers NSW is a support organisation for relatives and friends who are caring for someone with a disability, mental health problem, chronic condition or who are elderly and frail. It provides advocacy, support and information.

Australian Drug Information Network – The Australian Drug Information Network (ADIN) is funded by the federal government’s Department of Health & Ageing. It provides a central point of access to internet-based alcohol and drug information.

Cult Information and Family Support Inc – CIFS is an Australian support and information network. It consists of concerned individuals working together to provide support to people, their families and friends,  negatively influenced by high demand groups, and to develop awareness of manipulative and deceitful practices.
